xZip ("the App") is developed by an independent developer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.
We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. The App does not require an account, does not track your identity, and does not use advertising SDKs.
The App uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to collect anonymous usage statistics. This helps us understand how the App is used and improve it over time.

This data is fully anonymous — it contains no device identifiers, no IP addresses, no personal information, and cannot be used to identify you. TelemetryDeck is GDPR-compliant and does not sell or share data with third parties.
The App stores user preferences and recent file history locally on your device using standard system storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive, store, or have access to any payment information, credit card numbers, or Apple ID details.
The App only accesses files you explicitly select or open. All archive processing happens entirely on your device — no files are uploaded to any server.
The only third-party service used is TelemetryDeck (described above). No other analytics, advertising, or tracking services are integrated.
The App does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since we collect no personal data from any user, no special provisions are needed.
